New Book

Champakali & Other Stories, Exciting Mini Tales for Children

Simple tales, converted into spectral words and mesmeric stories, this book is a compilation of 18 fascinating fables that excite, amuse, and inspire their young readers with emotional n exciting narratives of childhood bonds, lifelong friendships, valor, & morale.

The book has something for everyone- Some stories take you down to the memorable years of growing up, while others have a rustic charm to them and few more are full of mystery, thrill, fantasy, and even horror. Each story is an experience in itself!

Read it for the sheer beauty of its distinctiveness that stands strikingly apart in a reverie of commonality.

Dreadful Desires & more…

Dreadful Desires & other stories is an anthology of twenty short-stories that are an epitome of relationships, an alchemy of desires and a reverie of the reflection of emotions that formulate the lives of many individuals.

From Romance to Drama and from Tragedy to Belief, each story explores a new genre.

While It was destined talks about the unexpected second chances in life, Helpline showcases a woman’s courage to take control of her life under torrid circumstances. The New Bride is all about breaking free, whereas Dreadful desires explores the grey areas of the mind, which are often shrewd
and brutal.

Each story is woven in a euphoria of magic, mystery and melancholy, one that arouses infinite feelings in the heart and urges the mind to think. Short n simple, yet lucid and prolific, this collection is compiled with a pre-notion to penetrate the soul, and to dwell there with intensity for long, making
each story magnificently memorable and admirably alive.

Realistic, intriguing, erratic and touching to the core, this book is as innate as life itself.

Touchpoints

A book about Books!

The thought itself was so spectacular. Being an ardent reader for ages; one who has practically lived her life in and out of the pages, I wanted to give a tribute to the masterpieces, which have influenced, guided as well as enlightened me throughout various phases.

The starting point was scribbling book reviews in my college diary. Soon the list became endless- hundreds of books read; how many reviews to write? The reviews then took the shape of a list and finally reduced to reviews of my favorite books only.

Through Touchpoints, I have presented those very minuscule reviews of my most favorite 45 books. This is not an exhaustive list; it is just that both time and space constrained the titles to 45. I will continue to read more books and may have to come up with Touchpoints Part 2.

From love to relationships to everlasting experiences, the book is a collection of heartwarming Hindi and Urdu poems that weave a web of sentiments, thoughts and imagination as you turn from page to page.
The illustrations are another feather in this inquisitive bouquet.

A must for diehard romantics and poetry lovers who are looking for a soul-stirring experience of enchanting Urdu-Hindi words that leave an everlasting impression.

Madam Motor Mouth

Madam Motor Mouth takes us back to the 1980s, a time when conversations were usually tel a tales over a cup of hot tea served with a pitch of masala and lots of hush hush stories, on breezy summer evenings at the courtyard, symbolised by the paan daan and chatter clatter yatter of the ladies of that era.

This book is about an enchanting central character, who is a wonderful orator, expertising in the effortless art of storytelling that mesmerizes the listener with her sublime, distinct and impactful style of narration.

Madam’s gestures, choice of words, anecdotes, detailing and personal portrayals bring to life many lustre less evenings with her stories about unique characters, caught in peculiar situations of life, behaving in innate, yet unprecented ways.

All her stories have a dash of utter realism with simple humour that leave the reader engrossed in thought provoking, heart warming and nostalgic emotions which are much in sync with Madam’s splendid style of recitation.

Madam Motor Mouth touches every sphere of life with poignant tales that are extraordinary, unforgettable and everlasting.

Soul’s Secret Story

Beautiful reflections amalgamate into soulful thoughts, penned down as poignant poems.
This is when a memoir is born, which is an expression of those very alluring reflections.
Years pass by. That memoir of youthful days lies gathering dust and decay, in a quiet corner of the house, hidden from the busy eyes of its creator, kept aside in an old, wooden cupboard. Until a day arrives, when the passions re-ignite. Old days retraced, the memoir is born again.

Soul’s Secret Story, is that very memoir…

Dive into the passions of the soul & unravel the secrets of the sentiments.
